I had a bad experience with my previous propane provider. I went to their office to pay them for my propane, which I gave them a $100.00 bill. Their rep accused me of giving her counterfeit money. I knew that was impossible because I had received that $100.00 bill from a bank. Another staff member used a new counterfeit detection pen, which proved my money was not counterfeit. An apology was not extended for the embarrassment they put me thru in front of others. I was tired of their staff members being grumpy, so I decided to switch to Kohler Propane. This was the best decisions I ever made. All of the Kohler Propane staff members are so friendly and helpful. They offer budget billing and their prices are better than my previous propane company. They offer a discount, when you pay in full within 10 days. I’ve been with them for nearly 10 years and they have saved me a lot.

Over a rather long term of utilizing Kohler Propane South for business (farming) and residential heating I have always received excellent service and have never had one single issue. Timely deliveries, good product and never running out at the worst time. The staff at Kohler’s are well prepared to provide for the service you need in propane product and offer many fine ways of staying full during the heating season. Friendly folks and a very nicely ran business that does provide well for their customers.

I had an emergency service call during a snow storm. My propane tank was near empty and I did not realize it. My service provider was not willing to come out in such short notice. Therefore, I contacted Kohler Propane. The staff were very helpful and polite, and they immediately came out. Their prices were better than my previous propane company. They also offer a monthly budget billing, which makes it so much easier and affordable! I am very pleased with the service from Kohler Propane.

I have been a long-time customer of Kohler Propane South and find them to be a very responsible and responsive company to do business with. They, being a smaller, local family-owned business is an asset that was never evident with the national chain and larger local companies I left to sign on with Kohler. You will never see the face of the owners with the larger companies, but Kohler owners will be the people responding to service calls and even delivering your propane. I am finding that if you are a responsible paying customer, you will never have a problem with Kohler Propane South.
